乳化基质黏度与一种乳化铵油炸药性能关系研究

摘  要:含有高乳化基质比例的乳化铵油炸药是相对于传统重铵油炸药提出的一种新型炸药,具有良好的抗水性和可泵送性能。由于其乳化基质的比例较高,因此,基质黏度是炸药的重要指标。通过固定基质配方和乳化工艺等条件,采用改变油相材料制备不同黏度的乳化基质,研究基质黏度对新型乳化铵油炸药的爆炸性能、储存稳定性的影响。结果表明:在60℃,基质黏度为11~22 Pa·s时,黏度的变化对新型乳化铵油炸药爆炸性能、储存稳定性影响较小。Emulsified ANFO with high emulsion matrix ratio is a new type of explosive,compared with traditional heavy ANFO.It has good water resistance and pumpability.Because of the high proportion of emulsion matrix,matrix viscosity is an important index of the explosives.The emulsion matrix with different viscosity is prepared by changing the oil phase materials under the conditions of fixed matrix formulation and emulsification process.And,the relationship among the viscosity of matrix,the explosive properties and the storage stability of the new emulsified ANFO are discussed.The results show that when matrix viscosity changes from 11Pa·s to 22 Pa·s,the change of viscosity only has a little effect on the explosion performance and storage stability of the new emulsified ANFO at 60℃.
