摘  要:将十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和大豆分离蛋白(SPI)分散在水中进行胶化得到大豆蛋白基础胶,再与双醛淀粉糊化液混合制成可用于人造板行业的胶粘剂。采用单因素试验法探讨了双醛淀粉用量对大豆蛋白胶粘剂粘度、粘接性能与耐水性能的影响,以及固化时间与温度对大豆蛋白胶粘剂粘接性能和耐水性能的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析了双醛淀粉与大豆蛋白基础胶的相容性。结果表明:双醛淀粉与大豆蛋白基础胶有良好的相容性,当双醛淀粉添加量为3.0 g·mL^(-1)时,大豆蛋白胶粘剂的粘接强度和耐水强度达到4.46MPa和2.61MPa。当固化温度超过120℃时,最佳固化时间约为15min,随着固化时间延长,粘接强度呈下降趋势,而耐水强度趋于平稳。Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and soybean protein isolate(SPI)are dispersed in water to be gelled into soybean protein base glue,which is blended with the gelatinized solution of dialdehyde starch to make the adhesive,to be used in the wood-based panel industry.The effects of the amount of dialdehyde starch on the viscosity,bonding property and water resistance of soybean protein adhesive as well as the effects of curing time and temperature on the bonding property and water resistance of soybean protein adhesive are studied by using the single factor experiment.The compatibility of dialdehyde starch with soybean protein base adhesive is analyzed by using the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the dialdehyde starch had good compatibility with soybean protein base adhesive.When the addition amount of dialdehyde starch is 3.6 g·mL^(-1),the bonding strength and water resistance strength of soybean protein adhesive reach 4.46 MPa and 2.61 MPa,respectively.When the curing temperature exceeds 120℃,the optimal curing time is about 15 min.When the curing time is longer,the bonding strength decreases,while the water resistance strength tends to be stable.
