摘 要:扩张式封隔器是一种常用封隔器,广泛用于油气开采过程中。为探究扩张式封隔器性能影响因素,建立封隔器有限元数值计算模型,讨论了胶筒长度、厚度、肩部倾角、胶筒座倒角和胶筒与套管间间距对胶筒密封性能和力学性能的影响。分析结果表明:胶筒座倒角为1 mm、胶筒肩部倾角为40°时胶筒应力集中程度最小;胶筒厚度改变对接触压力没有明显影响;胶筒长度变化对胶筒密封性能影响较小,但长度过短会影响胶筒使用性能;在不影响封隔器下入的前提下,可适当减小胶筒与套管间距离,以改善胶筒力学性能。Expansion packer is a kind of common packer,which is widely used in the process of oil and gas production.In order to explore the influencing factors of the expansion packer performance,the finite element numerical calculation model of the packer is established.The effects of rubber cylinder length,thickness,shoulder angle,rubber cylinder seat chamfer and distance between rubber cylinder and casing on sealing performance and mechanical performance of rubber cylinder are discussed.The results show that when the chamfering angle of rubber cylinder seat is 1 mm and the inclination angle of rubber cylinder shoulder is 40°,the stress concentration of rubber cylinder is the minimum;the change of rubber cylinder thickness has no obvious effect on the contact pressure;the change of rubber cylinder length has little effect on the sealing performance of rubber cylinder,but too short length will affect the service performance of rubber cylinder;on the premise of not affecting the running in of packer,the distance between rubber cylinder and casing can be appropriately reduced to improve the mechanical properties of rubber cylinder.
