摘　　要：本文从化学的角度出发全面了解市售不同厂家纯钛烤瓷牙的化学成分,观察其内部结构及探究崩瓷现象的原因,分别进行了SEM、XPS、EDS、拉曼和纳米压痕等表征。由实验可知,不同样品的烤瓷层和釉层所含化学的元素基本相同,可用拉曼表征得以证实,不同样品所出现的特征峰位置几乎一样。但含量有些差异,其中瓷倍健的烤瓷层中有微量的W。利用纳米压痕探究崩瓷现象,实验测的瓷倍健烤瓷牙测试曲线很有规律性,其硬度与折合模量较均匀,而德冠的烤瓷牙规律性较差,硬度与折合模量的变化也较大,可能是内部结构使纯钛分布不均匀,但承受力都很大,人们正常使用时都不会出现崩瓷现象。From the chemical point of view, this paper comprehensively understood the chemical composition of different mangufacturers pure titanium porcelain teeth, observed their internal structure and explored the causes of porcelain collapse, and characterized them by SEM, XPS, EDS, Raman and nano indentation. The chemical elements contained in the porcelain layer and glaze layer of different samples are basically the same, but the contents are different.There is a trace of W in the porcelain layer of Cibeijian, which is confirmed by Raman table. The characteristic peak positions of different samples are almost the same. Nano indentation is used to explore the phenomenon of porcelain collapse. The test curve of Cibeijian porcelain teeth measured in the experiment is very regular, and its hardness and reduced modulus are relatively uniform. However, the regularity of porcelain teeth of Deguan is poor, and the changes of hardness and reduced modulus are also large. It may be that the internal structure makes the distribution of pure titanium uneven, but the bearing force is very large, and porcelain collapse will not occur when people use it normally.
