“双高计划”背景下高职院校护理专业群建设的研究和实践

摘　　要：随着国家“双高计划”的实施,以及产业转型升级的不断加快,单一专业培养的学生越来越难以适应产业发展和技术变革,从专业建设到专业群建设的转变已势在必行。护理专业作为医疗健康服务产业链上的关键环节,组建专业群能够更加契合产业的发展、培养更高质量的综合性技术技能人才。然而,护理专业群在建设的过程中存在较多的制约因素,需要进行系统的设计和研究。本文通过文献研究和专家研讨,对护理专业群组建的制约因素和相应对策进行综述,并结合笔者所在学校护理专业群建设的实践经验,为高职院校构建护理专业群提供参考依据。With the implementation of the national“plan of high-level college and major group”and the continuous acceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading,students trained by a single major are difficult to adapt to industrial development and technological change.The transformation from major construction to major group construction is imperative.As a key link in the medical and health service industry chain,the establishment of nursing major group can be more in line with the development of the industry and cultivate higher quality comprehensive technical talents.However,there are many restrictive factors in the construction of nursing major group,which need to be systematically designed and studied.Through literature research and expert discussion,this paper summarizes the restrictive factors and corresponding countermeasures for the establishment of nursing professional group,and combined with the practical experience of the construction of nursing professional group in the author's school,so as to provide reference basis for the construction of nursing professional group in higher vocational colleges.
