美沙拉嗪口服联合锡类散、L-谷氨酰胺、利多卡因保留灌肠治疗远端型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨美沙拉嗪口服联合锡类散、L-谷氨酰胺、利多卡因保留灌肠法治疗远端型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选择2012年3月至2015年3月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的活动性轻中度远端型溃疡性结肠炎(E1、E2)患者80例为研究对象,患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者口服美沙拉嗪肠溶颗粒治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合锡类散、L-谷氨酰胺、利多卡因水溶液保留灌肠。比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后腹痛、腹泻、脓血便评分、Rachmilewitz评分、Geboes评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),试验组降低程度高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪口服联合锡类散、L-谷氨酰胺、利多卡因保留灌肠治疗轻中度远端型溃疡性结肠炎,可以明显提高治疗效果,未增加不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Xilei Powder,L-glutamine and lidocaine retention enema in the treatment of distal ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with active mild to moderate distal ulcerative colitis(E1,E2)admitted to and treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The patients in the experimental group were treated with oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Xilei powder,L-glutamine and lidocaine retention enema,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.The therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions(ARs)in the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the efficacy of abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody purulent stool were scored.Rachmilewitz score and Geboes score in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The degree of decrease in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of ARs between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Xilei Powder,L-glutamine and lidocaine retention enema in the treatment of mild to moderate distal ulcerative colitis can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy without increasing the incidence of ARs.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
