散偏汤联合针刺治疗偏头痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察散偏汤联合针刺治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年8月至2020年11月沈阳市中医院收治的100例偏头痛患者作为为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例,对照组采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗,观察组采用针刺联合口服散偏汤治疗,4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后,比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为84.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论散偏汤联合针刺治疗偏头痛疗效较好,可显著减轻疼痛症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanpian Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine.Methods A total of 100 migraine patients admitted to Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with oral Sanpian Decoction.4 weeks was a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Sanpian Decoction has a good effect on migraine and can significantly reduce pain.
