摘　　要：原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤是一种临床少见、恶性程度高、病死率高的疾病。由于本病缺乏特异性的临床表现及认识不足,且容易误诊误治,待确诊时往往已为中晚期,错过了最佳的手术时机,严重影响患者预后。本文报道1例经病理及影像学检查证实的原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤,旨在提高临床医师对原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤的认识,避免延误治疗。Primary anorectal malignant melanoma is a rare clinical disease with high malignancy and high mortality.Due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and insufficient understanding of this disease,and easy to misdiagnose and mistreatment,the diagnosis is often in the middle and advanced stage,missing the best time for surgery,seriously affecting the prognosis of patients.This paper reports one case of primary anorectal malignant melanoma confirmed by pathological and imaging examinations to improve clinicians'understanding of primary anorectal malignant melanoma and avoid delay in treatment.
