摘　　要：新时代"一带一路"共商共建亟须法商融合卓越涉外法治人才。法商融合虽然存在不同声音,但法商融合培养涉外法治人才愈发形成社会共识,这是市场经济的必然逻辑,是"一带一路"的内在需求,是全面依法治国的时代要求、专门化人才的社会诉求、新时代高等教育新使命。提出秉持法商融合的理念,构建学科交叉融合的课程体系,实施"六位一体"的实践育人体系,理性安排法商融合卓越涉外法治人才培养的实践进路。The excellent foreign legal talents with the integration of law and business is necessary to Consultation and Contribution of the Belt and Road in the new era. Although there have been theoretical disputes on the integration of law and business from the beginning, the excellent foreign legal talents and their training have increasingly formed a social consensus. This is the inevitable one of market economy, the inherent demand of the Belt and Road, the requirement of the comprehensive framework for promoting the rule of law,the social demand of specialized talents, and the new mission of higher education in the new era. Adhering to the concept of the integration of law and business, the curriculum system of interdisciplinary integration, and implement the "six in one" practical education system, and rationally arranging the practical approach of the integration of law and business to cultivate excellent foreign-related legal talents.
