摘  要:乳腺癌是一种具有异质性的全身性疾病。已知肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)是肿瘤微环境中最重要的异质细胞群,其与乳腺癌的进展呈正相关。CAFs存在多种表型和功能性群体,这可能与其自身高度的异质性有关。作为肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分,CAFs在乳腺癌进展中起主导作用。CAFs通过分泌多种细胞因子及外泌体参与上皮-间充质转化及细胞外基质重构,也可通过激活多种相关信号通路促进乳腺癌细胞的代谢、生长、侵袭、进展、转移和耐药等,因此以CAFs为靶标进行抗肿瘤治疗具有良好的应用前景。Breast cancer is a systemic disease with heterogeneity.It is known that cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are the most important heterogeneous cell group in tumor microenvironment,which is positively correlated with the progression of breast cancer.There are many phenotypic and functional groups of CAFs,which may be related to its high heterogeneity.As an important component of tumor microenvironment,CAFs play a leading role in breast cancer progression.CAFs can participate in epithelial-mesenchymal transformation and extracellular matrix remodeling by secreting a variety of cytokines and exosomes,and can also promote the metabolism,growth,invasion,progression,metastasis and drug resistance of breast cancer cells by activating a variety of related signal pathways,so anti-tumor therapy with CAFs as the target has a good application prospect.
