摘　　要：三结构域蛋白(TRIMs)家族包含众多成员,参与多种恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化等过程。TRIMs家族蛋白在泌尿系肿瘤中表达异常,与泌尿系肿瘤的发生、发展及不良预后均密切相关。同时,TRIMs家族蛋白异常表达也为晚期肾癌治疗方式的选择、前列腺癌出现的去势抵抗以及膀胱癌的高复发等疑难问题的解决提供了新思路。TRIMs家族蛋白在泌尿系肿瘤的发生发展中起促瘤或抑瘤作用,可能成为泌尿系肿瘤诊治的新型标志物,但其具体作用机制目前尚未明确,还需未来进一步研究验证。The tripartite motifs(TRIMs)protein family contains many members that are involved in the proliferation and differentiation of various malignant tumor cells.The abnormal expression of TRIMs protein in urological tumors,are closely related to the occurrence,development and poor prognosis of urological tumors.At the same time,for difficult problems such as the choice of treatment modalities for advanced kidney cancer,the emergence of castration resistance in prostate cancer,and the high recurrence of bladder cancer,TRIMs family proteins provide new ideas.TRIMs family proteins have tumor-promoting or tumor-suppressing effects on urological tumorigenesis and development,which are likely to become novel markers for the diagnosis and treatment,although the specific mechanisms of action still need to be further studied in the future.
