红外线照射中药溻渍腹部疗法联合中药食疗对胃癌化疗患者胃肠道不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的研究红外线照射中药溻渍腹部疗法联合中药食疗对胃癌(gastric carcinoma,GC)化疗患者胃肠道不良反应的影响。方法选取镇平县中医院2019年8月至2021年1月76例GC化疗患者,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组38例和观察组38例。对照组采用常规西医药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医疗法(红外线照射中药溻渍腹部疗法联合中药食疗)。比较两组临床疗效、胃肠道不良反应改善时间(纳食减少、腹泻便秘、恶心呕吐)、细胞免疫功能[成熟T淋巴细胞(CD_(3)^(+))、辅助性T细胞(CD_(4)^(+))、抑制性T细胞(CD_(8)^(+))]、血清因子水平[白蛋白(Alb)、生长激素(GH)、转铁蛋白(TRF)]。结果两组治疗后总有效率比较,观察组92.11%高于对照组71.05%(P<0.05);观察组纳食减少、腹泻便秘、恶心呕吐改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Alb、GH、TRF水平均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论红外线照射中药溻渍腹部疗法联合中药食疗治疗GC化疗患者胃肠道不良反应临床疗效确切,可有效改善机体细胞免疫功能,缓解患者症状,进一步促进机体营养物质吸收。Objective To study the effect of infrared irradiation in traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains abdominal therapy combined with Chinese medicine diet therapy on gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients with gastric cancer(GC)after chemotherapy.Methods 76 patients with GC chemotherapy in Zhenping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into 38 cases in the control group and 38 cases in the observation group according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group(infrared irradiation in traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains abdominal therapy combined with Chinese medicine diet therapy).The clinical efficacy,improvement time of gastrointestinal adverse reactions(reduced intake of food,diarrhea,constipation,nausea and vomiting),cellular immune function[mature T lymphocytes(CD_(3)^(+)),helper T cells(CD_(4)^(+)),inhibitory T cells(CD_(8)^(+))],serum factor levels[albumin(ALB),growth hormone(GH),transferrin(TRF)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.11%higher than 71.05%in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement time of food intake,diarrhea,constipation,nausea and vomiting in the observa tion group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001);After treatment,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of ALB,GH and TRF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The clinical effect of infrared irradiation in traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains abdominal therapy combined with Chinese medicine diet therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients with gastric cancer(GC)after chemotherapy is accurate.It can effectively improve the cellular i
