摘  要:目的:建立HPLC-DAD法同时检测洁阴净洗剂中5种活性成分的含量。方法:色谱柱为InfinityLab Poroshell120EC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,4μm);流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL,检测波长为210 nm。结果:阿魏酸、药根碱、连翘苷、盐酸小檗碱、白鲜碱分别在12.4~99.2μg(r=0.999 7)、35.2~282.0μg(r=0.999 9)、17.6~141.0μg(r=0.999 9)、20.8~166.0μg(r=0.999 8)、34.0~272.0μg(r=0.999 6)内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为99.6%、99.6%、99.9%、99.2%、101.0%,RSD值分别为1.73%、0.77%、1.26%、1.80%、1.70%。结论:该方法简单、可行,准确性、重复性均较好,可用于评价其制剂质量,为相似制剂成分的含量测定提供参考。Objective: To establish an HPLC-DAD method for the simultaneous determination of 5 active components in Jieyinjing Lotion. Methods: The chromatographic column was InfinityLab Poroshell 120 EC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 4 μm), and the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B)gradient at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 210 nm,and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results: Ferulic acid, jatrorrhizine, forsythin, berberine hydrochloride and dictamine showed a good linear relationship with the peak area within 12.4-99.2 μg(r=0.999 7), 35.2-282.0 μg(r=0.999 9)、17.6-141.0 μg(r=0.999 9)、20.8-166.0 μg(r=0.999 8)、34.0-272.0 μg(r=0.999 6), respectively. The average recoveries were 99.6%, 99.6%, 99.9%, 99.2% and 101.0%, respectively. The RSD values were 1.73%,0.77%, 1.26%, 1.80% and 1.70%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to evaluate the quality of its preparations and provide a reference method for the content determination of similar preparations.
