摘　　要：HTK道岔自动注油系统,实现道岔外锁闭装置的自动注油和远程手动注油功能。可以实现加油量控制,系统可以依据环境温度自动调节装置每次注油量,满足北方冬季严寒天气需求,保证系统一年四季的稳定运行;可以实现注油压力调节,系统可以依据环境温度自动调节注油压力,保证加油器一年四季喷油量准确;系统具有自动加热功能,对润滑油进行局部加热,保证设备在极低温度下可靠工作。The automatic oil injection system of HTK realizes the automatic oil injection and remote manual oil injection function of the external locking device of the turnout.It can realize the fueling volume control.The system can automatically adjust the device’s fuel injection volume per time according to the ambient temperature to meet the requirements of the severe cold weather in northern winter and ensure the stable operation of the system throughout the year;it can realize the fuel injection pressure adjustment,and the system can automatically adjust the fuel injection pressure according to the ambient temperature.,To ensure the accuracy of the fuel injection rate throughout the year;the system has an automatic heating function to locally heat the lubricating oil to ensure reliable operation of the equipment at extremely low temperatures.
