摘 要:基于一次性塑料餐盒对生态造成的严重环境污染,国内外陆续出台了一系列的"限塑"和"禁塑"政策,可降解的一次性植物纤维餐盒发展势头强劲。文章归纳了不可降解的一次性塑料餐盒和可降解植物纤维餐盒的产品使用现状及优劣势。竹纤维餐盒作为植物纤维餐盒的一种,由于原料具有显著的资源、材性和技术等方面的优势,可制备出耐水、耐油、耐微波、可降解的绿色环保餐盒,市场容量迅速增长;在此基础上,重点阐述了一次性竹纤维餐盒的技术特点、制备工艺和评价指标,总结了其目前存在的问题和开发方向,并对废弃竹纤维餐盒的二次利用提出了新思路。Due to the serious ecosystem environmental pollution caused by disposable plastic dishware, policies have been issued to limit and even ban the use of plastic products at home and abroad, and the degradable disposable plant fiber dishware have therefore been on a strong development momentum. This paper summarizes the state of utilization, advantages and disadvantages of disposable plastic dishware which is not degradable and degradable plant fiber dishware. Bamboo fiber dishware is one kind of plant fiber dishware. Bamboo fibers can be processed into a green, eco-friendly and degradable dishware with water, oil, microwave resistance, owing to its broad resource availability, material properties and available technology, and the market capacity for bamboo fiber dishware is growing rapidly. Based on the discussions above, this paper elaborates the technical characteristics, processing technology and evaluation index of bamboo fiber dishware, summarizes the existing problems and development direction, and puts forward new ideas for the secondary utilization of waste bamboo fiber dishware.
