摘  要:为探究竹木复合砧板基材对其硬度和甲醛释放量的影响,分别选择基材为木材、竹材和人造板的3类竹木复合砧板,测定并分析其硬度与甲醛释放量。结果表明:基材为木材和竹材的竹木复合砧板硬度大于基材为人造板的竹木复合砧板硬度;基材为人造板的竹木复合砧板甲醛释放量大于基材为竹材和木材的竹木复合砧板甲醛释放量。研究结果可为生活中选择竹木复合砧板提供参考。In order to explore the influence of the substrate of bamboo and wood composite cutting board on its hardness and formaldehyde emission, the paper selects 3 types of bamboo-wood composite cutting board, which take wood, bamboo and wood-based panel as the substrate, to measure, determine and analyze their hardness and formaldehyde emission. the results show that the bamboo-wood composites cutting board with wood and bamboo as substrate have the higher hardness and less formaldehyde emission than the one with wood-based panel as substrate. The study would provide reference for how to choose bamboo-wood composite cutting board.
