摘　　要：悬浮导向控制系统是磁浮列车的关键子系统,其控制参数的调试影响着列车的安全运行。多控制器控制参数的调试复杂耗时,需根据列车状态反复调整以达到最优状态。基于CAN总线搭建单节车并基于以太网搭建整列车的悬浮导向控制调试系统,采用VC++设计上位机监控调试系统,实时采集显示列车各控制器状态信息,并进行在线滤波处理。调试人员根据状态信息确定控制参数,并通过监控调试系统对控制参数进行调整。为保证行车安全,引入控制参数校验功能。该调试系统可实现上位机与悬浮导向控制器之间的实时数据交流与高效数据分析,提高悬浮导向控制系统调试的工作效率。Levitation and guidance control system is the key sub-system of maglev train.The debugging of control parameter influences the safe running of the maglev train.The debugging of multi-controller control parameters is complicated and time-consuming,and needs to be adjusted repeatedly according to the train status to achieve the optimal state.A single car is built based on CAN bus,and the suspension guidance control commissioning system of the whole train is built based on Ethernet.The host computer monitoring and debugging system is designed with VC++.The status information of each controller of the train is collected and displayed in real time,and online filtering is carried out.The commissioning personnel shall determine the control parameters according to the status information and adjust the control parameters by monitoring the commissioning system.In order to ensure driving safety,the control parameter verification function is introduced.The debugging system can realize the real-time data exchange and efficient data analysis between the upper computer and the suspension guidance controller,and improve the debugging efficiency of the suspension guidance control system.
