新型上颌[牙合]垫矫治器治疗乳前牙反[牙合]的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探究新型上颌[牙合]垫矫治器治疗乳前牙反[牙合]的临床应用效果。方法选择12例乳前牙反[牙合]病人,年龄3~5岁(平均月龄40.75月)。应用新型上颌[牙合]垫矫治器进行矫治,观察治疗成功率、反解除的平均治疗时间、矫治器脱落率、正畸钢丝形变以及病人软组织损伤情况。结果新型上颌[牙合]垫矫治器成功治疗12例病人;反解除的平均时间为11.33 w;矫治器粘接固位良好,发生矫治器脱落1例;病人均未出现正畸钢丝形变及软组织损伤情况。结论新型上颌[牙合]垫矫治器可成功治疗乳前牙反[牙合]病人,矫治器结构简单、操作方便、戴用舒适,疗程短、疗效佳,适合临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of new type maxillary block appliance in the treatment of anterior crossbite in primary teeth.Methods 12 patients aged 3 to 5 years old(40.75 months old on average)with anterior crossbite in primary teeth were selected and treated with the new type maxillary block appliance.The success rate,average treatment time,shedding rate of the appliance,and soft tissue injury of patients were observed.Results 12 patients were successfully treated with the new type maxillary block appliance and the average treatment time was 11.33 weeks.The appliance was well adhered and fixed and the orthodontic appliance fell off only in 1 case.Moreover,none of the patients suffered from any soft tissue injury.Conclusion The new type maxillary block appliance can successfully treat patients with anterior crossbite in primary teeth.With simple structure,the appliance is easy to operate and comfortable to wear and use with short treatment course and good treatment effect,which is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
