大数据背景下企业财务管理的思考及措施

摘　　要：随着大数据技术的普及,企业的生产经营模式发生了较大变化。随着大数据技术应用水平的提高,企业各项业务活动更加融合。大数据技术的出现,为企业的发展提供了力量,为企业管理提供了新思路,同时也给传统财务管理模式带来了新挑战。要确保企业财务工作顺应时代发展,企业需要积极调整和改进自身的各项管理工作,其中包括采用现代化技术,对财务管理模式进行更新,解决传统财务管理模式中存在的问题。文章通过大数据给企业财务管理带来的机遇和传统财务管理模式的影响,对大数据在财务管理模式改革中应用的必要性进行探讨、分析,为企业在大数据时代背景之下财务管理工作的开展提出建设性意见。With the popularization of big data's technology,the production and operation mode of enterprise has changed greatly.With the improvement of big data's technology application level,the business activities of enterprises are more integrated.The emergence of big data's technology not only provides strengthfor the development of enterprises,provides new ideas for enterprise management,but also brings new challenges to the traditional financial management model.In order to ensure that the financial work of enterprises comply with the development of the times,enterprises need to actively adjust and improve their own management work,including the use of modern technology,updating the financial management model,and solving the problems existing in the traditional financial management model.Through the opportunity brought by big data to enterprise financial management and the influence of traditional financial management mode,this paper discusses and analyzes the necessity of big data's application in the reform of financial management mode,and puts forward some constructive suggestions for the development of financial management in enterprises under the background of big data era.
