摘　　要：融资管理作为企业管理中的重要内容,在发展过程中仍面临一些问题。文章剖析企业融资管理存在的问题,提出企业融资管理的对策,为企业提高融资管理质量和水平提供参考。As an important part of enterprise management,financing management still faces some problems in the process of development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in enterprise financing management,and proposes the countermeasures for corporate financing management,so as to provide references for enterprises to improve the quality and level of financing management.
