摘　　要：随着科学技术发展水平和产品品质的不断提升,温湿度的精确控制显得越发重要。在食品行业中,特别是粉剂类对温度、湿度的要求都特别高,实现温湿度的独立控制对这类行业有着重要意义。本研究以天津一巧克力工厂的温湿度控制为例,来阐述转轮除湿机在食品行业中的重要作用。With the development of science and technology, the quality of products is constantly improving, the precise control of temperature and humidity is becoming more and more important. In the food industry, especially powder, the demand of temperature and humidity is especially high, so it is very important to realize the independent control of temperature and humidity. Taking the temperature and humidity control of a chocolate factory in Tianjin as an example, this paper expounds the important role of Rotary dehumidifier in food industry.
