摘 要:2021年,高校科学营活动首次实现线下线上相结合,形成了一种全新的发展模式。文章通过对高校科学营十年来的开展情况进行梳理,重点结合2021年评估数据,系统分析和总结了科学营高质量发展面临的形势与挑战。通过对发达国家利用高校资源开展科普或科技教育活动的做法进行研究,文章提出应从科教兴国战略高度推动加大科学营数量供给和常态化供给,应从分营承办单位自身未来高水平人才需求视角出发提升活动项目供给,应从推动构建人类命运共同体层面提升科学技术知识智慧化传播供给等建议。In 2021,the college science camps have for the first time developed into a new model,which combined both the online and on-site activities.This article,through sorting out the development of science camps at colleges and universities over the past ten years,together with the evaluation data in 2021,systematically analyzed and summarized the trend and challenges posed to the high-quality development of science camps.It also conducted research on the practice of using campus resources to carry out science popularization or science and technology education activities in developed countries.Then,it proposed that the quantity supply and normalized supply of science camps should be promoted from the height of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.Other suggestions included organizing more activities to meet the needs of high-caliber talents in the future,and improving the intelligent dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge so as to promote the building of a community with a shared future for humankind.
