摘  要:为顺应国内外对医学人才培养提出高质量要求的新形势,探索适合地方医学院校的可持续发展的应用型卓越医学人才培养道路,桂林医学院针对医学类专业和医学相关专业对学生能力培养要求的差异,从科学定位培养目标、针对性设置课程体系、分类实施教学模式改革及构建多元化评价体系等方面有侧重地开展人才培养模式改革探索,以提升医学教育质量,为"健康中国"战略目标的达成发挥自身作用。In order to adapt to the new situation of high-quality requirements for medical talent training at home and abroad, and to explore the sustainable development of application-oriented excellent medical talents training roads suitable for local medical colleges, Guilin Medical University focuses on the differences between medical majors and medical-related majors in students’ ability training requirements. It launches the exploration of the reform of the talent training mode from the perspectives of scientific orientation of training objectives, targeted curriculum system, classified implementation of teaching mode reform and construction of diversified evaluation system, to improve the quality of medical education and to play its own role in achieving the strategic goal of “Healthy China”.
