摘　　要：依托校企工业物联网实验室,若创新地解决企业中某些待解技术问题,且预期解决方案在场景复用前提下存在一定市场应用规模,则一个创新创业项目或由此而生。据此提出一种基于解决专业技术问题方法的创新创业项目产生方法,并依四个条件衡量创新创业项目成功可能性大小,作为未来项目扶持的依据。An innovation and entrepreneurship program that if we can solve the problems innovatively,and the solution has a certain scale of market expectation in a multiplexing scene in industrial IOT lab at school.This article proposes a method that created an innovation and entrepreneurship programs based on problem solving methods,and judges the success possibility of entrepreneurship programs based on this method according to fou r conditions as the basis for future project support.
