人的城镇化视角下传统学徒教育再审视——以英国为例

摘　　要：前工业化时期的英国,学徒教育在人的城镇化中起着至关重要的作用。从人的城镇化视角重新审视以英国为典型的传统学徒制,发现其内生型模式、立足行业和城市社会需要的培养目标、德业并重的综合培养内容,无缝对接的就业保障,鲜明的契约精神,完善的制度保障等等。所有这些对于我国构建现代学徒制,培养高素质的技能人才,推动人的城镇化,提高城市公民素质等都具有重要启迪意义。In the pre-industrial period,apprenticeship education played a vital role in human urbanization.Studying the typical traditional apprenticeship from the perspective of human urbanization,we found that its endogenous model,training goals based on industry and the city society needs,comprehensive training content stressed moral and skill cultivation,seamless docking employment guarantee,distinct spirit of contract,perfect system guarantee and so on.All these are of great enlightenment significance for us to build a modern apprenticeship system,cultivate high-quality skills,promote the urbanization of people,and improve the quality of urban citizens.
