现代化视角下唐山近代工业教育发展的社会效应探析

摘　　要：由开平矿务局的兴建而开启的唐山现代化进程带动众多方面的变革,其中近代工业教育的兴起就是重要的一环。唐山近代工业教育的显著成就体现在形成完善的教育体系,即职业教育、成人教育与大学教育协同发展。唐山近代工业教育的发展与兴盛是多种因素共同推动的结果,包括工业企业发展对新式人才的渴求、科举取消后教育转型的推动与社会力量的共同参与等。近代唐山工业教育也产生了极其重要的社会效应,为工业企业培养了大批新式技术与管理人才,推动新式教育的发展与教育观念的变革,更为重要的是为马克思主义思想的传播提供活动基地,这是开启一个伟大时代、带来社会巨变的一项效应。The modernization of Tangshan initiated by the construction of Kaiping Mining Bureau had brought about many changes,among which the development of modern industrial education was an important one.The perfect educational system showed the remarkable achievement of modern Tangshan industrial education,such as the coordinated development of vocational education,adult education and university education.Many factors contributed to the development and prosperity of modern industrial education in Tangshan,including the desire for new talents of industrial enterprises,the promotion of educational transformation after the abolition of the imperial examination,and the joint participation of social forces.The modern Tangshan industrial education also produced extremely important social effects,such as training a large number of new type technical and managerial talents for industrial enterprises,and promoting the development of new type education and the transformation of educational concepts.The most important effect was to provide a base for the dissemination of Marxism,which started a great era,and changed the society deeply.
