摘 要:文章针对分块望远镜由于空间环境以及在轨力热变化等引入的像差问题,在分块变形镜方式和精密像差校正控制技术方面开展研究。对于10m以上的大口径分块望远镜仅凭传统的六自由度平台和中心面形促动器校正波前像差效果有限的情况,文章提出了使用分块变形镜方式进行解耦控制。由于分块变形镜具有高精度、多耦合的控制特点,文章研究了一种基于影响矩阵的分块变形镜面形解耦控制方法,通过子镜定心、六自由度位姿调整和子镜面形调整等步骤对波前像差进行校正。经过仿真验证,分块变形镜可以有效消除波前像差在大口径分块望远镜中的影响,与先前的只调节分块子镜的曲率半径方法相比,能够有效提高面形控制精度。这些研究成果可以为后续大口径空间遥感器的像差校正提供技术支持与参考。Aiming at the aberration problems introduced by the segmented telescope due to space environment and on-orbit thermal changes,the segmented deformable mirror and the precise aberration correction control technology are studied.Considering the limited effect in correcting wavefront aberrations with only the traditional six-degree-of-freedom platform and central figure actuators,decoupling control is adopted in the paper for large-aperture segmented deformable mirrors over 10m.As to the high-precision and multi-coupling control characteristics of segmented deformable mirrors,a decoupling control method is proposed for segmented deformable mirrors based on the influence matrix.The wavefront aberration is corrected through the steps of sub-mirror centering,six-degree-of-freedom pose adjustment,and sub-mirror surface shape adjustment.The simulation verification shows that the segmented deformable mirror can effectively eliminate the influence of wavefront aberration in the large-aperture segmented telescope.Compared with the previous method only with the adjustment of the curvature radius of the segmented sub-mirror,the proposed method can effectively improve the surface shape control accuracy.These research results can provide technical support and reference for the subsequent aberration correction of large-aperture space remote sensors.
