摘　　要：高血压脑出血(HICH)治疗过程中发生脑静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)较为罕见。作者回顾性分析和总结了1例HICH治疗过程中出现CVST病例,提示临床医师HICH治疗过程中患者不明原因的意识障碍加重,需警惕CVST。HICH治疗过程中,甘露醇和止血药物使用不当可能是发生CVST的病因,抗凝治疗可作为有效治疗方案。Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)is rare happened in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).The authors retrospectively analyzed and summarized a case of HICH complicated with CVST.In the treatment of HICH,if disturbance of consciousness worsens unexplained,the clinician should be alert to CVST.Improper use of mannitol and hemostatic drugs may be the cause of CVST,and anticoagulant therapy can be an effective treatment.
