摘　　要：目的构建中医专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为中医专科护士的培养与管理提供参考依据。方法通过文献研究法、理论分析法初步构建中医专科护士核心能力评价指标,采用Delphi法对17名专家进行2轮咨询。结果整合专家反馈意见后,最终形成包括7项一级指标,22项二级指标,67项三级指标的中医专科护士核心能力评价指标体系;3轮专家咨询的有效应答率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.947、0.950、0.962,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.237、0.192、0.173(P<0.05)。结论中医专科护士核心能力评价指标体系科学合理、内容全面,可为我国中医护理人才核心能力的培养、资质认证、岗位任用与管理提供参考依据。Objective To develop a core competence evaluation index system of nursing specialists of Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for the training and management of nursing specialists of Chinese medicine.Methods The core competence evaluation index system of nursing specialists of Chinese medicine was preliminarily developed after literature review and theoretical analysis,and 3 rounds of consultation of 17 experts were conducted by using Delphi method.Results After the integration of experts'opinions,the core competence evaluation index system of nursing specialists of Chinese medicine was finally formed,consisting of 7 first-level,22 second-level and 67 third-level indicators.The effective response rate of 3 rounds of expert consultation was 100%;expert authority coefficient 0.947,0.950 and 0.962 respectively,and the Kendall coordination coefficient 0.237,0.192 and 0.173(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion The developed core competence evaluation index system of nursing specialists of Chinese medicine is scientific,and comprehensive and it provides reference for the training of core competence,qualification certification,position appointment and management for nursing specialists of Chinese medicine.
