摘 要:“赛学”教学模式旨在入学早期,依托专业课程教学和过程化考核要求,开展课程作业答辩赛,营造浓厚的专业学习氛围,促进师生、学生之间交流,激发学习动力和专业志趣,尽快让学生从中学时期的“目标”学习(被动学习)过渡到“兴趣”学习(主动学习),防止学习热情断崖式下跌。在此基础上鼓励学生参加国内外大学生学科竞赛,培育创新能力,突出大学生中心地位,彰显授人以“鱼”,不如授人以“渔”,更不如启人以“欲”的理念,以赛导学、以赛促教、以赛督创、以赛正风。文章主要探讨教改团队在理工类专业采用“赛学”教学模式的主要内容、主要措施和特点以及实施几年来学生培养方面取得的成效和成果。By carrying out homework defense competition on course assignments based on the requirements of professional course teaching and process assessment in the early stage of college enrollment,"Learning in Competition"teaching mode aims to create a flourishing professional learning atmosphere,promote the communication between teachers and students,stimulate students'learning motivation and professional interest,and enable them to transition from"target"learning(passive learning)to"interest"learning(active learning)as well,thus naturally prevent the students'learning enthusiasm dramatically down as they progress from middle school to university.In doing so,we encourage students to participate in domestic and international discipline competitions,cultivate their innovative ability,highlight their central position in this teaching mode,and emphasize the idea that teaching one to fish is better than giving him fish,ultimately stimulate"their interest in fishing".The"Learning in Competition"teaching mode not only plays an effective role in learning and teaching process,but also in stimulating the student's innovation and activity.The paper discusses the main contents,the methods and features,and the remarkable achievements of the teaching mode adopt on science and engineering majors by our teaching reform team over the past several years.
