摘 要:中药在保护人类健康方面发挥着关键功能,中药材作为中药生产中不可或缺的环节,其质量安全备受关注。影响中药材质量安全的因素根据其源头不同包括农药残留、重金属污染和真菌毒素残留等。本文综述了这3种影响中药材质量安全因素及其限量标准与检测方法等方面的新近研究进展,全面分析了这3种质量安全因子国内外限量标准及检测方法的差异,并提出了合理的改进提升措施。以期为有效防控中药材的质量安全风险提供指导,为中药材质量安全控制体系的建立与完善提供有益的参考。Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs)play important roles in protecting human health.As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,its quality and safety have attracted much attention.The factors affecting the quality and safety of CHMs mainly include pesticide residues,heavy metal pollution and mycotoxin residues according to their sources.The paper reviewed new research progress of these three factors affecting the quality and safety,limit standards and detection methods in CHMs.Moreover,the differences in limit standards and detection methods of these factors at home and abroad were comprehensively analyzed,and reasonable improvement measures were proposed.These results can provide guidance for the effective prevention and control of quality and safety risks of CHMs,and provide a useful reference for the establishment and improvement of the quality and safety control system of CHMs.
