氯氮平联合小剂量丙戊酸镁对精神分裂症临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氯氮平联合小剂量丙戊酸镁对精神分裂症临床疗效的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年12月中山市小榄人民医院心理睡眠科收治的124例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组采用氯氮平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上添加小剂量丙戊酸镁,比较两组患者临床效果和认知功能,并统计不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,两组患者的词汇流畅性测验(VFT)、改良版威斯康星卡片分类测验(M-WCST)正确数、正确分类数高于本组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组;两组患者治疗后的连线测验(TMT)、M-WSCT错误数、持续错误数、非持续错误数低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯氮平联合小剂量丙戊酸镁能够提高临床精神分裂症患者的治疗效果,改善认知功能,且安全性较高,可作为临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Clozapine combined with low dose Magnesium Valproate on the clinical efficacy of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 124 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Department of Psychological Sleep,Zhongshan Xiaolan People′s Hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clozapine,and the observation group was supplemented with a low dose of Magnesium Valproate on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects and cognitive function of the two groups of patients were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was stastically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the verbal fluency test(VFT)and modified Wsiconsin card sorting test(M-WCST)′s correct numbers and correct classification numbers of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indexes of observation group were higher than those of the control group.trail making test(TMT)and M-WCST′s error numbers,continuous error numbers and non continuous error numbers of two groups after treatment were less than those before treatment,and the indexes of observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clozapine combined with low dose Magnesium Valproate can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with schizophrenia,improve cognitive function,and has high safety.It can be used for clinical promotion.
