摘 要:技术人才创新实践能力直接关系国家科技创新发展和拔尖人才培养,是高等教育人才培养的核心目标之一。为有效提升农业院校工科人才创新实践能力,本文提出了保证实践教学地位、优化实践教学体系、推行第三学期制、拓展实践教学资源、设置创新教学方法、加强实践教学监督管理制度等创新实践能力培养方法。在该方法的培养下,农业机械专业卓越工程师在参加大创项目、发表科技论文、授权专利等方面具有显著成效,本研究对推动高校拔尖创新人才培养、提升人才质量和竞争力具有重要意义。The innovative practice ability of technical talents is directly related to the development of national scientific and technological innovation, and the cultivation of top-notch talents, which is one of the core objectives of talent cultivation of higher education. In order to effectively improve the innovative practice ability of engineering talents in agricultural colleges and universities, this paper provides such innovative training methods as ensuring the status of practical teaching, optimizing the practical teaching system, implementing the third semester system, expanding practical teaching resources, setting up innovative teaching methods and strengthening the supervision and management system of practical teaching. Those outstanding engineers in agricultural machinery trained with these methods have achieved remarkable results in major innovation projects, published scientific papers and authorized patents. The research results will be of great significance in promoting the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in colleges and universities as well as improving the quality and competitiveness of talents.
