摘 要:综合考虑码头在规划、建设及运维等多方面的要求,开展自动化集装箱码头堆场布局设计。以天津港北疆港区C段智能化集装箱码头工程建设为例,在码头整体设计要求相同的情况下,提出堆场垂直布置和平行布置2种方案,从堆场通过能力、设备配置数量、装卸作业人员数量、智能化程度、可靠性、碳排放量、创新性等7个方面对比研究2种布置方案与自动化码头的适配情况。结果表明,堆场平行于岸线的布置方案通过能力更强、智能化程度更高,能为码头高效运行提供更有力的支撑。Comprehensively consider the requirements of the terminal in planning,construction,operation and maintenance,and carry out the layout design and research of the yard of automated container terminal.Taking the construction of automated container terminal project in Section C of Beijiang port area of Tianjin Port as an example,under the condition of the same overall design requirements of the terminal,two schemes of vertical layout and parallel layout of yard are proposed.And the adaptability of the two layout schemes to automated container terminal is compared and studied from seven aspects:yard capacity,number of equipment configuration,number of loading and unloading operators,degree of intelligence,reliability,carbon emission and innovation.The results show that the layout scheme of yard parallel to shoreline has stronger carrying capacity and higher intelligence,which can provide more powerful support for the efficient operation of terminal.
