摘　　要：目的探究血清血管生成素-2、血管内皮生长因子、糖类抗原199在结肠癌中的表达及临床价值。方法选取87例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,选取80例健康体检者作为对照组。通过检测血清血管生成素-2、血管内皮生长因子、糖类抗原199的表达情况,分析其临床意义。结果研究组与对照组血清比较,研究组血清中Ang-2、VEGF、CA19-9的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血清比较,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期血清中Ang-2、VEGF、CA19-9的水平显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低分化组血清中Ang-2、VEGF、CA19-9的水平显著高于高中化组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组血清中Ang-2、VEGF、CA19-9的水平显著高于无淋巴结转移组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清血管生成素-2、血管内皮生长因子、糖类抗原199的异常表达与结肠癌的临床相关,为未来评估结肠癌病情提供了一定的参考依据。Objective To explore the expression and clinical value of serum angiopoietin-2,vascular endothelial growth factor, carbohydrate antigen 199 in colon cancer.Methods 87 colon cancer patients were selected as the study group, and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Analyze its clinical significance by detecting the expression of serum angiopoietin-2,vascular endothelial growth factor and carbohydrate antigen 199.Results The serum levels of Ang-2,VEGF,and CA19-9 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum comparison between the 2 groups showed that the levels of Ang-2,VEGF,and CA19-9 in the sera of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Ang-2,VEGF and CA19-9 in the serum of the poorly differentiated group were significantly higher than those of the high-medium chemical group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of Ang-2,VEGF and CA19-9 in the lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the non-lymph node metastasis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of serum angiopoietin-2,vascular endothelial growth factor, and carbohydrate antigen 199 is related to the clinic of colon cancer, which provides a certain reference basis for the future evaluation of colon cancer.
