摘　　要：目的探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织中X染色体连锁的凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)、缺氧诱导因子-1a(HIF-1a)表达及临床意义。方法收集上皮性卵巢癌组织标本92例作为研究对象,同时选取良性卵巢肿瘤60例、正常卵巢44例作为对照,采用免疫组化染色法检测XIAP、HIF-1a表达,对比3组在XIAP、HIF-1a表达上的差异。结果上皮性卵巢癌XIAP、HIF-1a阳性表达率分别为81.52%和68.48%,明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢(P<0.05);良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢XIAP、HIF-1a阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FIGO分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者XIAP阳性表达率为97.62%、HIF-1a阳性表达率为92.86%,均明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);上皮性卵巢癌组织XIAP与HIF-1a表达呈正相关(γ_(s)=0.340,P<0.05)。结论上皮性卵巢癌组织中XIAP、HIF-1a表达上调,与FIGO分期有关,两者间表达存在正相关关系。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of x-linked apoptosis inhibiting protein(XIAP) and hypoxia inducing factor-1 a(hif-1 a) in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods 92 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer specimens preserved were selected, and 60 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 44 cases of normal ovary were selected as the control, the expression of XIAP and HIF-1 a were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rates of XIAP and HIF-1 a in epithelial ovarian cancer were 81.52% and 68.48%,which were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian cancer and normal ovarian cancer(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in the positive expression rate of XIAP and HIF-1 a between benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tumors(P>0.05);Patients with stage FIGO staging Ⅲ~ⅣXIAP expression positive rate were 97.62%,HIF-1 a positive expression rate were 92.86%,were significantly higher than that of patients with stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.05);XIAP was positively correlated with HIF-1 a expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues(γ_(s)=0.340,P<0.05).Conclusion XIAP and HIF-1 a are up-regulated in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues, are related to the FIGO stage and differentiation degree, and there is a positive correlation between the two expressions.
