摘　　要：目的探究IL-1α、EphA2在脑膜瘤及瘤周水肿组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取脑膜瘤患者120例,采用免疫组化方法检测IL-1α和EphA2在脑肿瘤以及瘤周水肿组织中的表达情况。结果脑膜瘤组织中的IL-1α、EphA2阳性表达率明显高于瘤周水肿组织(P<0.05)。在不同程度瘤周水肿组织中IL-1α、EphA2阳性表达率比较,中度以及重度瘤周水肿组织其阳性表达率明显高于轻度水肿组织(P<0.05), IL-1α、EphA2在重度瘤周水肿组织中阳性表达率明显高于中度水肿组织(P<0.05)。结论 IL-1α、EphA2水平与脑膜瘤疾病密切相关,为进一步研究脑膜瘤病情提供了数据参考。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of IL-1α and EphA2 in meningiomas and peritumoral edema.Methods 120 patients with meningioma were selected, and the expression of IL-1α and EphA2 in brain tumors and peritumoral edema tissues were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results The positive expression rate of IL-1α and EphA2 in meningioma tissue was significantly higher than that in peritumoral edema tissue(P<0.05).Compared with the positive expression rate of IL-1α and EphA2 in different degrees of peritumoral edema tissues, the positive expression rate of moderate and severe peritumoral edema tissues was significantly higher than that of mild edema tissues(P<0.05).IL-1α and EphA2 were in severe peritumoral edema tissues.The positive expression rate in peritumoral edema tissue was significantly higher than that in moderate edema tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-1α and EphA2 are closely related to meningioma disease, and provide data reference for further study of meningioma disease.
