摘　　要：目的探讨miR-125b-5p和miR-196a-5p在胃癌根治术后患者血清中的表达水平及其与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法选取胃癌根治术后患者169例。采用ELISA法检测患者血清miR-125b-5p和miR-196a-5p表达水平,分析其与临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果血清miR-125b-5p和miR-196a-5p水平与年龄、肿瘤部位、组织学类型、脉管侵润、浸润深度无关(P均>0.05),与TNM分期有关(P均<0.05)。血清miR-125b-5p和miR-196a-5p在死亡组的表达水平明显高于生存组(P均<0.05),根据ROC曲线分析可知,血清miR-125b-5p和miR-196a-5p水平评估胃癌预后AUC分别为0.708、0.769,联合检测AUC为0.823。结论 miR-125b-5p和miR-196a-5p在胃癌根治术后患者血清中的表达水平与TNM分期有关,联合检测对预后评估有一定价值。Objective To explore the expression levels of serum miR-125 b-5 p and miR-196 a-5 p in patients after radical gastric cancer surgery and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.Methods A total of 169 patients after radical resection of gastric cancer were selected.ELISA method was used to detect the expression levels of serum miR-125 b-5 p and miR-196 a-5 p, and analyze their relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.Results Serum levels of miR-125 b-5 p and miR-196 a-5 p were not related to age, tumor location, histological type, vascular invasion, depth of invasion(all P>0.05),but related to TNM staging(all P<0.05).The expression levels of serum miR-125 b-5 p and miR-196 a-5 p in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group(both P<0.05).According to ROC curve analysis, serum miR-125 b-5 p and miR-196 a-5 p levels were evaluated The prognostic AUC of gastric cancer was 0.708 and 0.769,respectively, and the combined detection AUC was 0.823.Conclusion The expression levels of serum miR-125 b-5 p and miR-196 a-5 p in patients after radical gastric cancer surgery are related to TNM staging, and combined detection has certain value for prognostic evaluation.
