摘　　要：双相情感障碍共病强迫症在临床中越来越常见,日益受临床医师重视。本文就双相情感障碍共病强迫症的流行病学、临床特点、神经生化和治疗等进行综述,为临床医生识别共病的临床症状提供参考,对其神经生化机制进行阐述,并为双相情感障碍共病强迫症的治疗提供一定的参考。Bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder comorbidity is becoming more and more common and has aroused clinical physicians'increasing interest.This review summarizes the epidemiology,clinical characteristics,neurobiochemistry,and treatment of comorbid bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder and discusses the neurobiochemical mechanism.Findings from this review will provide evidence for identifying the clinical symptoms of bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder comorbidity and for treatment of the comorbidity.
