摘　　要：针对现有螺旋张紧装置行程调节范围小、操作不便的问题,设计了一种新型螺旋张紧装置。该拉紧装置可适应的带式输送机长度为100~300 m,可满足张紧行程1~3 m的调节范围。现场操作方便,无需特殊工具,1人即可完成,应用范围更广。Aiming at the problems of small stroke adjustment range and inconvenient operation of the existing screw tensioning device, a new type of screw tensioning device was designed. The adaptable belt conveyor length of the tensioning device is 100-300 meters, which can meet the adjustment range of the tension stroke of 1-3 meters. On-site operation is convenient, no special tools are needed, one person can complete it, and the application range is wider.
