摘  要:提出并通过实验搭建具有多个横向模式振荡的基于少模掺铒光纤的多模式振荡多波长光纤激光器。激光器包括部分空间光学元件、多模光纤组件、少模光纤及少模掺铒光纤。所用少模掺铒光纤支持六个模式,其掺杂结构经过特殊设计后使得各模式增益均衡。通过少模光纤-多模光纤-少模光纤部分的作用实验实现了波长可调谐多模激光及多波长多模激光输出。泵浦功率2.75 W时输出的单波长激光中心波长为1590.4 nm,激光线宽0.08 nm,激光器的边模抑制比为38.31 dB,通过调节偏振控制器得到单波长可调谐范围为1572.12~1599.72 nm。增加泵浦功率还可得到双波长多模激光及三波长多模激光。A multimode oscillation multi-wavelength fiber laser based on a few-mode erbium-doped fiber with multiple transverse mode oscillations is proposed and experimentally built.The laser includes some spatial optical components,multimode fiber components,few-mode fibers and few-mode erbium-doped fibers.The few-mode erbium-doped fiber used supports six modes;and its doped structure is specifically designed to balance the gain of each mode.Wavelength tunable multimode laser and multi-wavelength multimode laser is realized through the function experiment of few-mode fiber-multimode fiber-few-mode fiber port.When the pump power is 2.75 W,the center wavelength of the single-wavelength laser output is 1590.4 nm;the laser linewidth is 0.08 nm;the side mode suppression ratio of the laser is 38.31 dB;and the single-wavelength tunable range is 1572.12~1599.72 nm by adjusting the polarization controller.Increasing pump power can also obtain dual-wavelength multimode lasers and three-wavelength multimode lasers.
