摘 要:土壤水分和植物群落特征是影响湿地土壤碳氮储存功能的重要因素.为阐明不同水分条件下植物群落类型对湿地土壤有机碳组分和无机氮含量的影响,本研究以陕西红碱淖湿地为研究对象,探究在低(5.7%±1.1%)、中(20.6%±1.9%)、高(27.5%±9.0%)3种土壤水分条件下,两种群落类型(芦苇单优和混生)的土壤有机碳组分、碳库稳定性和无机氮含量.结果表明:①随着土壤水分增加,芦苇单优群落土壤有机碳储量呈上升趋势,高水分条件下芦苇单优群落土壤有机碳储量为(19.63±3.75)kg·m^(-2),显著高于混生群落,而中水分条件下则相反,中水分混生群落土壤有机碳储量为(15.29±3.75)kg·m^(-2),显著高于单优群落.②低水分条件下土壤碳库稳定性最低,土壤无机氮含量最高,不利于土壤碳储存,但有利于多种植物物种共存.③土壤电导率和土壤含水率与溶解性有机碳储量、微生物量碳储量、有机碳储量及其稳定性显著正相关.该研究结果可为红碱淖湿地植被修复和土壤碳氮储存功能提升提供科学支撑.Soil moisture and the characteristics of the plant community are major factors determining soil carbon and nitrogen storage in wetlands.To clarify the effects of soil moisture and plant community types on soil organic carbon and inorganic nitrogen contents in wetlands,we analyzed soil organic carbon components,soil carbon stability and inorganic nitrogen contents under three conditions of soil moisture(low:5.7%±1.1%;medium:20.6%±1.9%;high:27.5%±9.0%)and in two types of plant community(i.e.,mono-dominant or mixed community of Phragmites australis)in Hongjiannao wetland,Shaanxi Province.The results showed as follows:①with increased soil moisture,soil organic carbon storage increased in the mono-dominant community of P.australis.Under the condition of high soil moisture,soil organic carbon storage was(19.63±3.75)kg·m^(-2) in the mono-dominant community of P.australis,which was significantly higher than that in mixed community.However,the opposite pattern was found in the condition of medium soil moisture.Soil organic carbon storage was(15.29±3.75)kg·m^(-2) in the mixed community,which was significantly higher than that in the mono-dominant community.②Soil carbon stability was the lowest and soil inorganic nitrogen content was the highest in the condition of low soil moisture,which was not beneficial to soil carbon storage,but beneficial to the coexistence of multiple plant species.③Both soil electrical conductivity and soil moisture exhibited positive correlations with dissolved organic carbon storage,microbial biomass carbon storage,organic carbon storage and its stability.The results can provide scientific support for vegetation restoration and soil carbon and nitrogen storage in Hongjiannao wetland.
