集束化护理在食管癌手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察集束化护理在食管癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取76例食管癌手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各38例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予集束化护理,比较两组营养指标[前白蛋白(PAB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、总蛋白(TP)、转铁蛋白(TRF)]水平、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分和并发症发生率。结果:出院时,研究组PAB、Hb、TP、TRF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,两组SF-36各维度评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于对照组的23.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理应用于食管癌手术患者可提高营养指标水平和生命质量评分,以及降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of cluster nursing in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgeries.Methods:76 patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgeries were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the cluster nursing.The nutritional indicator levels[prealbumin(PAB),hemoglobin(Hb),total protein(TP),transferrin(TRF)]levels,the MOS 36-item shortform health survey(SF-36)score and the complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:At discharge,the levels of PAB,Hb,TP,and TRF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of SF-36 dimensions of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the complication rate in the study group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 23.68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster nursing applied to the patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgeries can improve the levels of nutritional indicators and the quality of life scores,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
