摘　　要：牙周病是一种慢性细菌感染性疾病,在人群中呈现患病率高、发病范围广的特点,是口腔的常见病和多发病。近年来牙周病与全身系统性疾病的关系已引起广泛关注,尤其是与缺血性脑卒中的研究已进入炙热状态。因此,本研究对牙周病与缺血性脑卒中,及于此存在一定关联的研究、机制展开概述。Periodontal disease is a kind of chronic bacterial infectious disease,which has the characteristics of high prevalence and wide range in the population,and is a common and frequently occurring oral disease.In recent years,the correlation between periodontal disease and systemic diseases has attracted extensive attention,especially the research on the correlation between periodontal disease and ischemic cerebral stroke has entered a hot state.Therefore,this article will review the correlaton between periodontal disease and ischemic stroke,as well as the relevant researches and mechanisms.
