安徽省高职院校《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》实施效果分析

摘　　要：高职院校作为我国高等教育的重要支柱,以培养技术过关、身体素质过硬的新时代专业技术人才为主,而这些专业人才与中国的高质量发展密切相关。随着安徽正式融入长三角,各方面现处于快速发展阶段,急需服务于一线的高技术应用型健康人才。因此对安徽省高职院校学生体质健康进行研究具有一定的实际意义。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对学生体质健康状况进行分析,发现安徽省高职院校《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》实施效果不显著,学生身体形态朝着肥胖态势发展,身体机能和身体素质均有下降趋势,并针对问题提出深化价值认知、创新教学模式、丰富体育活动、完善考核机制等建议。As an important pillar of China's higher education,higher vocational colleges focus on the cultivation of technical and physical talents in the new era,who are closely related to China's high-quality development.With Anhui's integration into the Yangtze River Delta,all aspects are in the stage of rapid development,and there is an urgent need for high-tech application-oriented health talents serving the front line.Therefore,it has a certain practical significance to study the physical health of higher vocational college students in Anhui Province.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the students'physical health status,and finds that the implementation effect of the National Students'Physical Health Standard(Revised in 2014)in higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province is not significant,the students'body shape is developing towards obesity,and the physical function and physical quality have a downward trend.The suggestions of deepening the value cognition,innovating the teaching mode,enriching the sports activities and improving the assessment mechanism are put forward.
