复方苦参注射液联合化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究复方苦参注射液联合化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法80例晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规化疗方案(TX/GP)治疗,实验组在对照组的治疗基础上联合复方苦参注射液治疗。对比两组治疗前后免疫功能指标、生活质量及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA、IgM水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分为(80.57±5.20)分,高于对照组的(76.49±5.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组客观缓解率为55.00%,高于对照组的32.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为7.50%,显著低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌,患者的临床疗效得到提升,并能改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的免疫功能,有效减轻化疗药物引起的不良反应,临床治疗的安全性得到保证。Objective To study the effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy on quality of life and immune function in patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 cases of advanced breast cancer patients as study subjects were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy(TX/GP),and the experimental group was treated with compound Kushen injection based on the treatment of the control group.The immunological function indexes and quality of life before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),immunoglobulin(Ig) G,IgA,and IgM in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36) score of the experimental group was(80.57±5.20) points,which was higher than(76.49±5.39) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The objective response rate 55.00% of the experimental group was higher than 32.50% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound Kushen injection and chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients and improve their quality of life,enhance their immune function,and effectively reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs,and it has high safety.
