新生血管性青光眼的手术治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析新生血管性青光眼的手术治疗效果。方法选取60例(60眼)新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30例(30眼)。对照组患者采用复合式小梁切除术进行治疗,观察组患者采用引流阀植入术进行治疗。比较两组患者眼压、视力水平及并发症发生情况、临床治疗效果。结果治疗后1、3个月,两组患者的眼压和视力均优于治疗前,且观察组患者眼压和视力均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率3.33%(1/30)显著低于对照组的20.00%(6/30),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率90.00%(27/30)显著高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P=0.028<0.05)。结论新生血管性青光眼采用引流阀植入术治疗效果良好,有利于患者症状改善和术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of surgical effect of neovascular glaucoma.Methods A total of 60 patients(60 eyes) with neovascular glaucoma were taken as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases(30 eyes) in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with compound trabeculectomy,and patients in the observation group were treated with drainage valve implantation.The intraocular pressure,visual acuity,complications,and clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results 1 and 3 months after treatment,the intraocular pressure and visual acuity of the two groups were better than those of this group before treatment,and the intraocular pressure and visual acuity of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate 3.33%(1/30) of the observation group was was significantly lower than 20.00%(6/30) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly higher than 66.67%(20/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.812,P=0.028<0.05).Conclusion Drainage valve implantation has good effect in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma,which is conducive to the improvement of patients’ symptoms and postoperative recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
