摘　　要：针对不考虑能力约束的情况,提出了一种开环、广义物料需求计划的计算算法及原型系统。首先,针对开环、广义物料需求计划的特点,给出了详细的计算步骤;其次,以Access为数据库管理系统、Visual Basic 6.0为开发平台,设计了开环、广义物料需求计划的原型计算系统;最后,通过案例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。Aiming at the condition of not considering the constraints of capability,this paper proposes a calculation algorithm and prototype system of open loop,generalizes MRP.Firstly,based on characteristics of open loop,generalized MRP,the specific calculation steps are given.Then,taking Access as the database management system,Visual Basic 6.0 as the development platform,a prototype calculation system of open loop,generalized MRP is designed in this paper.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is tested by case study.
