摘  要:由于暂无行之有效、准确、快捷的獭兔被毛检测仪,被毛品质评定主要依靠传统的实验室测定法,难以在育种生产实际中快速准确检测被毛密度、细度。本文对感官评定结果与实验室测定数据进行相关性分析,其被毛密度、细度相关系数分别达0.84和-0.28以上,且各等级两种测定方法之间的差异不显著(P>0.05),表明该感官评定方法的可靠性和准确性,能快捷评定獭兔被毛细度、密度,可用于育种生产实际中。Because there is no effective,accurate and fast Rex rabbit coat detector,the coat quality evaluation mainly depends on the traditional laboratory measurement method,which is difficult to quickly and accurately detect the coat density and fineness in the practice of breeding and production.In this study,the correlation analysis between sensory evaluation results and laboratory measurement data shows that the correlation coefficients of hair density and fineness are more than 0.84 and-0.28 respectively,and there is no significant difference between each grade and the two measurement methods(P>0.05),which shows that the sensory evaluation method is reliable and accurate,and can quickly evaluate the hair fineness and density of Rex.
