摘　　要：关于战略导向的现有综述主要关注了战略管理和营销管理领域的研究,但缺乏对运营管理中的各类战略导向的系统论述。对这一文献空白进行填补,综述成本、差异化、质量、柔性、服务、可持续及供应链导向的定义、测量方式及相关研究的主要结论,并总结运营战略导向相关研究的特点。提出运营战略导向的未来研究方向:社会可持续导向和数字化导向对企业行为、能力和绩效的影响;更多情境因素对运营战略导向的调节效应;不同类型的战略导向对企业行为、能力和绩效的共同作用。The existing reviews on strategic orientation mainly focus on studies in the fields of strategic management and marketing management,yet lack systematic review on various types of strategic orientations in operations management.The definitions and measurement methods of cost,differentiation,quality,flexibility,service,sustainability,and supply chain orientations as well as the main conclusions of related studies are reviewed,and the characteristics of studies on operational strategic orientations are summarized.Several future research directions of operational strategic orientations are proposed:the impact of socially sustainable orientation and digitalization orientation on firm behaviors,capabilities,and performance;the moderating effects of contingency factors on operational strategic orientations;and the joint effects of different types of strategic orientations on firm behaviors,capabilities?and performance.
